Train Dominos has been a family favorite in our family for the adults for years! My 5 and 2 year old are always asking to play, so I came up with a kids version. We still play with the same directions as far as playing the game but we changed how we keep score. If you know the game you can get stuck with a lot of points (too many for a 5 year old to count). My 2 year old likes to be the train keeper. He hands out trains when anyone gets stuck and needs one. For math he counts how many he starts with and how many he has when he gives them away or gets them back. My 5 year old plays the game and is also the score keeper. When the round is over we count how many dominos we are stuck with and he writes the numbers and adds them up after each round.
