Dot Paints and Coffee Filters! AGES 2+

This is a fun art activity. Using dot paints is also good for gross motor development. This is a good activity to introduce how to use dot paints so we don’t ripe the felt tips. Once they are dry you can hang them near a window. They make great Suncatchers!

Before we painted we talked about how to use the dot paints. I handed each child a dot paint and asked if they could unscrew the top and put it back on until it’s tight. Then we were ready to paint!
