Playing is fun and learning can be too!

Rainbow Rain Painting! AGES 3+

The kids loved filling the pipettes with water and squirting the water colors. They were amazed at how the water turned colors and “rained” down the paper. The pictures turned out beautiful! Using pipettes is a great way to help strengthen fine motor muscles.

Materials:
Pipettes
Water Colors
Paper
Easel
Cup for water (I like to use glass baby food jars)

Clip the water colors to the top of the paper.

Have the kids squeeze water into the pipette and then squirt the water on the watercolors.  We found that if you use white paper the colors show up much brighter.
