Playing is fun and learning can be too!

Lids, Popsicle Sticks, Cardboard Tubes & Coasters!

What can you build?  The boys had a blast building with these loose parts! I loved watching them work together and give and accept each others ideas as they built.  They decided to create a city with buildings, bridges, roads, lakes and more!

Materials:
Lids ( I like to write letters on them to add in some literacy)
Popsicle Sticks
Toilet paper and paper towel rolls
Coasters

Here they are both working on adding bridges to connect the buildings.

Then they decided to build a road that goes around a lake.

After much collaboration they had built a city that they were very proud of!
