Playing is fun and learning can be too!

Stacking Unifix Cubes! AGES 3+

Fun activity to work on number recognition, counting, one to one correspondence and fine motors!

Materials (affiliate link):
Unifix Cubes
Circle Lid

First find a circle lid to trace. Then trace 10 circles onto a piece of paper. I traced with a pencil and then went over the pencil with marker. Next write numbers 1-10 in the circles.

Now you are ready to play!

Can you stack your unifix cubes to match the number in the circle?

Kysen was so proud to make all his stacks. Then we talked about them. Which one is the tallest? Which one is the smallest? Then Kysen threw in, “Which one is in the middle?”

See the video below of Kysen doing the activity!
