This was a fun surprise for the boys! They had no idea what was under the baking soda. I told them to squeeze some vinegar on the baking soda to see a surprise! They have done many experiments with baking soda and vinegar adding the color as a surprise underneath was a fun change. Thanks for the the idea @bubblesandbellylaughs

Materials:
Baking Soda
Vinegar
Baby food jar or cup
Food Coloring
Mini muffin tin
Pipette
First put food coloring in the muffin tins. We did 5 drops in each. Then cover the food coloring with baking soda.
Fill a baby food jar or cup with vinegar. Then give your child a pipette and let them have fun playing! What happens when you mix baking soda and vinegar? The boys were surprised to see the different colors!
