Lite-Brite Sight Words! Ages 4+

Kysen was excited to work on his sight words using his Lite-Brite magic screen! This activity was a great way for him to practice reading and spelling his sight words plus it was great for his fine motor development.

Materials:
Lite-Brite
Piece of paper
Marker
Scissor

First trace one of the papers that comes with the Lite-Brite.  Then cut it out and write a sight word on it.

Then have them place the Lite-Brite pegs on the lines of the letters.  As Kysen was working on a letter I would ask him what the letter was. When he finished the sight word I had him trace the letters with his finger and say the names of the letters then the word ( w-a-s  was)
